Our team actively participates in applied scientific projects focused on innovative technologies for the cultivation of organic grapes and the production of organic wine.

Currently, we are developing a technology for the production of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol organic wines, aiming to preserve all the qualities and benefits of organic products. We hope that in the coming seasons we will be able to offer this innovation to our partners. As an additional service, we provide consulting in these areas.

• Production of white bio wine from organic red Cabernet Franc grapes;
• Production of rosé bio wine from Cabernet Franc by blending white and red wine in various proportions according to the customer's preference;
• Production of rosé bio wine from organic red Cabernet Franc grapes through direct vinification, without blending red and white wine;
• Supply of bio wine in bulk containers;
• Bottling of bio wine under the client's brand or our own brand;
• Consulting services for partners who wish to produce bio wine themselves from our organic grapes or must.
